These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Alterspin Casino and form a binding agreement between you and us. 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

You may only hold one active account at our casino. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual, household, IP address or device may be closed without notice, and any winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be voided at our discretion. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You agree to update us promptly if any of your details change. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place on your account.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits

Deposits at our casino can be made through any of the supported payment methods displayed in the cashier. The minimum deposit is A$20 across most methods, with higher minimums applying to qualify for certain bonus offers. You confirm that all funds deposited are legally sourced and belong to you. We do not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments, and we reserve the right to refund deposits made in breach of this requirement back to the original source.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method, with crypto and e-wallet withdrawals typically clearing within 24 hours and card or bank transfer withdrawals taking up to five business days. Our standard withdrawal limits are A$750 per week and A$7,500 per month, with higher caps available to VIP members. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing larger withdrawals or any withdrawal flagged by our security systems. Pending withdrawals can be reversed by the player up to the point of approval; once approved, the transaction cannot be undone.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered at our casino are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games and maximum bet limits. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 7. Gameplay Rules

Game outcomes are final once a round has concluded and cannot be reversed except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction. In the event of a malfunction, we will void the affected round and refund the original stake. 8. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. We may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts in line with the rate published in our cashier, and we reserve the right to close inactive accounts after a further period of dormancy. Players are entitled to request a refund of any remaining balance from a closed dormant account, subject to standard verification.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage the integrity of our games or our reputation. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to fraud, money laundering, collusion with other players, the use of automated software or bots, exploiting bugs or game malfunctions, harassing our staff or other players, and providing false information during registration or verification. Where we identify such conduct, we may close the account, void winnings and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, force majeure events, or any indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to any player is limited to the balance held in their account at the time the relevant event occurred.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or industry best practice. The most recent version is always available within your account dashboard, and continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we’ll notify affected players in advance through email or an in-account message.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our support team in the first instance — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, players may escalate the matter to our licensing authority, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which acts as the final regulatory body for disputes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

13. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not, by itself, trigger self-exclusion — if you wish to be excluded from gambling for protective reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool described in our Responsible Gaming policy. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you through the original payment method, subject to verification.
